This notice explains how Encea Transport Ltd ("we", "us") uses personal information when you contact us or use this website.
Who we are
Encea Transport Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16185595, registered office 129 Brockles Mead, Harlow, England, CM19 4PY, is the controller of your information. Contact: enceamarius1@gmail.com, 07309 529860.
What we collect
- What you send through the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the collection and delivery postcodes, the kind of delivery, whether it needs to go today and your message.
- What you send on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, including photos of the goods.
- If you book a delivery: the collection and delivery addresses, the names of the people handing over and receiving the goods, and the details needed to invoice the job.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote: steps you asked us to take before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To carry out and invoice the delivery, and keep the records tax law requires: contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.
Who helps us
These providers handle information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers the form to our email inbox.
- Afaceri Diaspora Ltd, which built and maintains this website and keeps a copy of form messages so none are lost.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, when you contact us that way.
- Google, only if you choose to load the map.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. If you book with us, we keep delivery and invoice records for six years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email enceamarius1@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Our own pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising. The Google map loads only if you allow it; when it does, Google may set cookies. See the cookie notice.
